Ori Zehori

Adv. Ori Zehori is the founder and leader of this small but highly specialized law firm.

An attorney since 1982 and Public Notary since 1999, with a law degree from the Tel Aviv University in 1981, Ori Zehori began his maritime career as a young naval officer within the framework of his IDF service. Graduating as a naval officer in 1973, Ori first served as an officer in a missile boat, and
continued over a period of 25 years of regular and reserve duty to serve as the commander of naval ships, holding the rank of lieutenant commander. Ori is a certified seamanship instructor, commercial skipper and deck officer in the merchant navy.



Ori Zehori has vast experience litigating in courts and conducting arbitrations. He is deeply familiar with the Israeli maritime world, ranging from the underwriters, insurance agents, specialist lawyers, surveyors, shipyards, marinas, salvage companies through to many of the yacht owners and other owners of sea going craft.

As leader of the law office, Ori conducts most of the firm's litigation, arbitrations and mediations. His interests are directed mainly at admiralty and maritime law, marine insurance, general insurance and torts law with an emphasis on personal injuries.

Ori is the author of a Hebrew language legal newsletter in the most popular sailing magazine in Israel. Issues of the magazine may be found under the "Publications" tab.


Batia Miron


Adv. Batia Miron has worked for more than 25 years as an underwriter and head of an underwriting team in large insurance companies in Israel. She has a BA in insurance and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2008. Batia applies the extensive knowledge and practical experience which she has gained over the years in the insurance field to the handling of torts and insurance claims.  Since 2009 she has been acting as an arbitrator in a variety of general and vehicle subrogation claims between insurance companies. Characterized by a strong social conscience, Batia finds time in her busy schedule to contribute to society by offering ongoing voluntary legal services to the elderly within the framework of the non-profit organization "Yad Riva".



Rahel Rimon

Offering advisory services in admiralty, maritime and marine insurance law, with an emphasis on English law in these areas, Dr. Rahel Rimon draws on her experience as a consultant in these fields since 1987. With an undergraduate law degree from the London School of Economics, a Master's degree focusing on maritime law from University College, London and a PhD from Southampton University Institute of Maritime Law – with a thesis focusing on reform of the admiralty courts in Israel, Rahel is well positioned to offer expert evidence on a field of law in Israel which is widely governed by English law and practice.

Rahel was called to the English Bar in 1981 and to the Israeli Bar in 1987, and became a Public Notary in 2003. Her interests in the firm focus on maritime law and marine insurance, maritime arbitrations, providing expert opinions on English law in these areas and coordinating litigation conducted abroad on behalf of the firm's clients.

Rahel has written for and edited a variety of legal newsletters and magazines over the years, among them JUSTICE, the English language law magazine published by the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
